By creating a Wondooz account or allowing a child in your care to use Wondooz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational Use Only

Wondooz is provided for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. Content generated by Wondooz is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other licensed advice. Responses are produced by AI and may contain errors. Always verify important information with a qualified professional.

3. Guardian Responsibility for Children Under 13

A parent or legal guardian must create and manage learner accounts for children under 13. By creating such an account, you confirm:

• You are the child's parent or legal guardian.
• You consent to Wondooz collecting and processing the child's data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You understand that the child's questions are processed by Google Gemini to generate responses.
• You will supervise the child's use of the platform as appropriate for their age.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Wondooz to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent content filters or safety measures.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Use Wondooz for any commercial purpose without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Wondooz offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you selected. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

6. AI Limitations

Responses generated by Wondooz are produced by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Wondooz makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Use responses as a starting point for learning, not as authoritative fact.

7. Intellectual Property

The Wondooz name, logo, and original platform content are the property of wondooz. You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., dreamscape entries); by submitting content to Wondooz you grant us a licence to store and display it to you within the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page or by contacting info@wondooz.com.

When you request account deletion, your account enters a 30-day pending-deletion period. During this time your account is deactivated but not permanently removed. You may cancel the deletion and restore full access by logging in within that 30-day window. After 30 days, all account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted and cannot be recovered. The same 30-day window applies when a guardian deletes an under-13 child profile.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wondooz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wondooz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of Wondooz after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
